Problem phenomenon:
① After electrifying, the motor at the tail of welding head appears howling/abnormal red light swing/fever/unable to adjust swing width.
② Directly burn out the lens, and the sealing ring and focusing lens burn out at the same time.
Causes of problems and solutions:
The driver in the control box controls the motor to swing. Through the motor wire link, when there is a signal error (poor contact of the motor wire, open circuit), external interference, or mismatch between the driver and the motor, the problem ① may occur.
If there is a problem in ②, it is suggested to check the surrounding interference sources. If there is no interference source, it may be a motor line fault, so just replace the motor line directly.
① The connecting wire terminal between the driver and the motor is in poor contact (SUP20S).
The welding gun in SUP20S adopts the built-in connection terminal. Poor contact may lead to abnormal signal, which may cause howling. Try to re-plug it.
② There is an open circuit in the five-core aerial plug of the connecting line between the driver and the motor (SUP15S).
On the welding gun of SUP15S, the motor signal and power supply are connected through the aerial plug-in interface (two black wires). The aerial plug-in interface should be disassembled to check whether the welding pins of the car are broken or virtual welded.
③ Premise: If the swing is normal, there is no red light flashing, and the wiring is confirmed to be ok, it means that the driver and the motor do not match or interfere.
This kind of appearance on newly installed equipment or equipment with gun head replaced can be improved by adjusting the driven potentiometer.
Potentiometer position: from left to right above the plug on the Y axis (the left side of the figure below), the seventh position.
Adjustment method: Turn it in one direction with a screwdriver when it is powered on. If there is no response after more than 10 turns, turn it back and reset it, and then continue to turn it in the other direction.
(If the seventh potentiometer does not respond, adjust the fourth potentiometer from left to right for a long time.)
