The gas generated by industrial processing equipment such as laser cutting, welding, polishing, etc. enters the physical spark capture channel of the machine from the flange port of the filter cartridge dust collector, where the temperature of dust and sparks can be quickly reduced. Larger dust particles can also be cooled and dropped when passing through the labyrinth channel, and accumulated at the large particle dust collection port to complete the first stage filtration of dust-laden gas.

In the second stage, after the preliminary filtered soot gas passes through the "labyrinth channel", due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, a part of the coarse particles in the airflow will settle in the ash hopper under the action of inertia. After the dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the dust filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter cartridge through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieving. The periodic gas filtration is complete.

Because the resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain value, reverse spray cleaning is carried out. At this time, the PLC program controls the pulse valve. First, the lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a short period of time, and pours into the filter cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform to generate vibration. And under the action of reverse airflow scouring, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper to complete the pulse cleaning action.

After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning of each chamber is carried out in sequence. From the first cleaning to the next cleaning is a cleaning cycle, usually about 15 minutes for a cycle.

The fallen dust will fall into the ash hopper, and the radioactive dust particles and precious metal particles should be collected by wearing professional protective equipment and properly disposed of.

Tips: Because in the filtration process, in addition to being blocked, some of the dust will be deposited on the surface of the filter material, increasing the resistance. In order to ensure the filtration effect and accuracy, the filter cartridge usually needs to be replaced and cleaned every three to five months. It can also extend the life of the product!
